After completing production on the vulcanization machine, the cargo undergoes a meticulous inspection process.
An overhead traveling crane transports the rolls to the designated inspection area.
Here, inspectors carefully cut each roll to the specified length, thoroughly examining both the surface quality and thickness.
Once inspected, the rolls are skillfully rolled up and meticulously packed.
Following inspection, all rolls are arranged vertically on pallets. They undergo wrapping using an advanced automatic film wrapping machine, ensuring secure packaging and protection during transportation.
