Color: Natural cork tone with black rubber blend (custom colors available upon request).
Insertion: Optional single-sided adhesive backing for direct application; non-adhesive standard version also available.
Surface: Smooth and uniform; easy to cut and shape; maintains structural integrity under compression.
Customization: Multiple thicknesses, sizes, sheets, strips, and custom gaskets; adhesive backing optional; can produce per project specifications.

Cork rubber is an innovative composite material made from natural or synthetic rubber combined with cork through vulcanization. By integrating cork into the rubber matrix, the material exhibits both the elasticity of rubber and the compressibility of cork. Cork is largely unaffected by petroleum derivatives and aging, providing dimensional stability and resistance to swelling. The exposed cork particles on the surface increase friction, enabling excellent positioning even under low pressure in the presence of oils or lubricants. Cork rubber also forms a fluid-resistant barrier with compressible rebound properties, making it an ideal material for sealing under oil, water, or hydrocarbon conditions.
Materials and Manufacturing
Nitrile cork rubber sheets are made from selected high-quality cork particles blended with synthetic rubbers and additives. The mixture undergoes compression, high-temperature baking, curing, planing, sanding, and milling, and is finally sliced to size. Compared with ordinary cork, nitrile cork rubber sheets provide superior compressibility and rebound, making them ideal sealing materials.
